A two-story residence in Miami's Brickell neighborhood, designed within CA+'s established tropical modern vocabulary. The project applies the studio's approach to proportion, natural light, and indoor-outdoor living to an urban residential context. Clean volumes, considered materiality, and a program organized for contemporary family life produce a refined home that responds to both its site and the evolving architectural character of one of Miami's most dynamic neighborhoods.
