Two proposed single-family residences within Miami's Bayside Historic District, submitted to the Historic Preservation Board in September 2025. Each home occupies its own lot, approximately 3,260 sq ft, four bedrooms and four baths, with covered porches, wood trellis carports, and pool terraces. The design draws from the vernacular character of the surrounding neighborhood: white stucco, clay roof tiles, brick detail, and dark bronze window frames. New construction designed to belong where it is.
