On a compact corner lot in Miami's Buena Vista neighborhood, CA+ designed two modern townhomes totaling 4,760 sq ft. Each residence offers three bedroom suites, private bathrooms, front garden, balconies, garage parking, and a pool terrace. Working within T3-O zoning, the design leverages the corner condition through cantilevered balconies and projecting frames that introduce depth and rhythm. Expansive glass connects interior spaces to the surrounding gardens, creating a sense of openness throughout.
