In Miami Beach's Palm View Historic District, CA+ led the sensitive restoration and modernization of a 1930s contributing residence originally attributed to architect Victor H. Nellenbogen. The project adds a guest house, enclosed breezeway, and new terrace, each element designed to complement the original architecture in scale and material character. The City of Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board granted full approval: including all four requested zoning variances, in recognition of the design's historic sensitivity.
