A five-story, 20-unit boutique residential building in West Miami, designed in collaboration with Upstairs Studio Architecture. Located less than a mile from the Coconut Grove Metrorail station, Bridgeport Flats is organized around a central courtyard where residents share access to a pool deck, rooftop terrace, and gym. Green balconies with hanging gardens create a layered landscape above the street; soft sun screens filter light across the building's facade throughout the day. The project explores how density and nature can coexist at a boutique residential scale, where every shared space is as considered as every private one.
