Seven single-family residential villas in Miami Beach, designed by Lissoni Architects with ADD Inc. serving as Architect of Record. Javier served as Design Coordinator, leading the city approval process and managing the redesign of the villas to address Miami Beach's review comments. Each villa spans approximately 4,000 sq ft across two stories, with living areas at ground level and private bedroom suites above, each with its own bath and terrace.
