Interior build-out and exterior design of a high-end Peruvian restaurant at The Esplanade in Aventura, conceived around the festive spirit of a traditional Peruvian jarana. The project encompassed a full dining room, a semi-private bar area, and a covered outdoor terrace with a retractable roof. Javier served as Senior Project Manager at 2+ Architects, coordinating design development and construction documentation across multiple disciplines while ensuring compliance with mall guidelines and fidelity to the Jarana brand.
