Renovation of a historic Art Deco hotel in Miami Beach, with the addition of a new 10-story tower at the rear of the property. The project totals 45,000 sq ft across 96 hotel units, a restaurant, and rooftop gardens and pool. Javier served as Construction and Permit Drawing Coordinator at ADD Inc., managing the technical documentation and permit process for a complex intervention on a protected historic property.
