A 700,000 sq ft mixed-use development at Waterways and Biscayne Boulevard in Aventura, comprising luxury residential, offices, senior housing, a Starwood Aloft Hotel, and a 55,000 sq ft retail and dining center. Javier served as Design Manager at Zyscovich Architects, overseeing the design of a project conceived as a new urban center for Aventura: where residents could live, work, and gather in a single walkable environment.
