A landmark passenger rail infrastructure project connecting Miami to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando, the only privately owned, operated and maintained passenger rail system in the United States at the time. Developed by Florida East Coast Industries, the project encompassed stations and mixed-use programs across three South Florida cities, totaling an estimated 3.4 million sq ft. Javier served as Project Coordinator at Zyscovich Architects, contributing to the coordination and development of a project of regional scale.
