Javier founded Arc. after starting his career as an apprentice carpenter. With almost 20 years experience delivering award-winning homes in Sydney and London, he brings deep technical knowledge and a hands-on, collaborative approach to every project. He is committed to building with care, craft, and long-term responsibility.

Outside of Arc., Javier winds down in the kitchen, cooking for family and friends, where precision and craft feel familiar. He also enjoys running through Sydney’s harbour and beaches, and when time allows, catching a wave.
